We are able to provide an outside catering service for your wedding so you can enjoy delicious pie and mash with your friends and family. Goddard’s Pies are producers of great quality, hand-made pies at very reasonable prices. We are pie and mash experts in outside catering and can offer a range of services including supply only, buffets and full table service.

We have a great selection of savoury pies, along with mashed potato, liquor, gravy, and peas or baked beans. Pie, Mash and Liquor is our specialty. We recommend adding jellied eels or stewed eels to give your wedding a traditional feel. Other seafood such as cockles and mussels can also be arranged. You can also order our delicious fruit pies and crumbles with custard or cream. In addition, we can provide a wide range of starters and desserts to suit your needs.

We can offer three pie and mash wedding options.

Pie and mash wedding – Table Service

We freshly prepare and cook your food. We then supply our own equipment and staff and serve pie and mash to your wedding guests at their tables. Use of our own cutlery and crockery is included and our staff will serve and clear up afterwards.

We can offer a variety of menu options which can include:

  • Pre-dinner nibbles
  • Starter
  • Main course (pie and mash)
  • Dessert
  • Coffee and mints

If you wish, we can also supply a cold evening buffet, please ask for details.

Pie and mash wedding – Buffet Service

We freshly prepare and cook your food. We then supply our own equipment and staff and serve pie and mash to your wedding guests buffet style. Our staff will setup and then clear up afterwards.

We freshly prepare and cook your food and deliver to you at an agreed time so you may enjoy with your guests.

Happy New Year firstly to yourself and all the family and team at Goddards!
 
Thank you so much for all the hard work all of you put into making our day so special! We had the best time and the food and service was second to none! Everyone (and we do mean everyone) said how lovely, kind, polite and friendly all of you were and how delicious the food was. Even people who came back in the evening, who had not been there for the meal were asking for the name of the company and where we found you etc! I am pretty sure the majority of guests had seconds (and in a few cases I believe even thirds!) and we cannot recommend you highly enough!!
 
Thank you for putting a few aside for us – we had our own version of pie and mash the following day and ate the last ones on Christmas Eve – even having been in the freezer for 3 months they were still gorgeous! (I, Liz, would like to especially mention the cheesecake – that may well be the nicest cheesecake in the existence of the world!)
